CENTRAL TELECOM LAUNCHES 2002 SEMINAR SEASON
The long awaited season of technology forums to be staged by leading systems integrators Central Telecom is underway - and is already proving the company's most successful to date.
The company, which employs more than 160 staff across its three UK sites in Burton-on-Trent, Manchester and Guildford, is staging the series of free seminars specially for Telecoms, Communications and IT Managers who want to stay at the forefront of new and emerging technologies.
The one-day seminars bring together experts in the highly specialized fields of IP Technology, CRM, mobility and multi-media solutions in a bid to give delegates a greater understanding of the latest technologies and the benefits that they present to individual organisations.
New for 2002 is the personalized agenda format. Technical experts from the company's principal business partners, including Avaya, BT, O2, Computertel, CTI Data Solutions, Korus and Siemens are on hand to meet with delegates from both public and private sectors and discuss their individual requirements on a one-to-one basis.
As well as the opportunity to discuss specific individual needs, a number of presentations and workshops run throughout each event covering such diverse topics as Voice Over IP, web-enabled call centers, mobile solutions, multi-media communications solutions and IP-PBX.
In addition, an exhibition centre is established at each forum, giving delegates the opportunity to view new products and software and experience the latest technologies at first hand.
"We received a huge number of plaudits about our 2001 seminar programme and have used all the positive feedback to improve this year's Technology Forums still further," said Marketing Manager Julie White.
"The facility to tailor delegates' agendas to suit their individual requirements is proving extremely successful this year and I would like to thank our business partners for their continued collaboration," added Julie.
Central Telecom was founded in 1985 and is now widely acknowledged as one of the UK's leading integrated communications specialists. The company has more than 200,000 end users throughout the UK, ranging from SME's to blue-chip and public sector organisations.
