CENTRAL TELECOM WINS CRANE'S TOP DEFINITY AWARD


Burton-on-Trent-based Central Telecom has added to its growing list of industry accolades after receiving a special award from one of its principal business partners.

The company, which is one of the UK's leading suppliers of integrated telecommunications solutions, was voted Reseller of the Year by market leaders Crane for record-breaking sales of the Avaya Definity platform.

Business Development Director Spencer Bradshaw received a special award at Crane's 2001 Reseller Conference.

Central Telecom, which also operates satellite offices in Manchester and Guildford, achieved revenues in excess of £2.3m on the Avaya platform during the financial year ending June 2001.

Spencer Bradshaw attributes this unparalleled level of growth to the company's proactive marketing strategy:
