LEEDS TO HOST CENTRAL TELECOM'S FINAL TECHNOLOGY FORUM
Leading systems integrators Central Telecom are staging the last in this year's season of Technology Forums with a free seminar for customers and prospects in Yorkshire.
The company, which is a market leader in the field of telecommunications, is hosting the entitled 'Dispelling the Myths Surrounding IP Technology' at Hazelwood Castle in Tadcaster on Wednesday 3 September 2003.
Experts from the highly specialised fields of CRM, IP and VoIP will join Central Telecom in a bid help businesses make the most of new and emerging technologies and employ them to help reduce overheads and improve their business communications.
The agenda for the event will be personalised to meet each individual's specific requirements in order to give delegates a greater understanding of the latest technologies and the benefits that they provide to individual organisations in both the public and private sectors.
Representatives from Central Telecom's principal business partners, Avaya, Mitel, BT, O2, CTI Data Solutions, Korus and Siemens, will meet with delegates on a one-to-one basis to discuss their individual communications strategies.
As well as the opportunity to discuss delegates' individual needs, a number of workshops and presentations will run throughout the day, providing an insight into the latest in IP technologies. New products and software will also be on display in a special Exhibition centre.
"We received positive feedback about our 2002 seminar programme but recognised a growing requirement for more information about IP technology," said Marketing Manager Julie White.
"This year's programme has focused specifically on the latest IP Technology and delegates who attended the first three seminars have all reported a greater understanding of what is one of the most complex areas of telecommunications," added Julie.
