AVAYA AND CENTRAL TELECOM JOIN FORCES AT INDEX AND DEFINITY ROADSHOW


Communications specialists Central Telecom have teamed up with market leaders Avaya for this year's season of Communications Roadshows, which are taking place across the UK.

The Roadshows, which visit Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa in Leeds on Wednesday 21 April before moving on to Kettering Park Hotel & Spa in Northamptonshire on Thursday 13 May and Runnymede Park Hotel & Spa in Surrey on Wednesday 30 June, are designed to keep organisations informed about the progress, enhancements and future developments within the Avaya Definity and INDex product portfolios, two of the most powerful communications platforms.

Delegates can register for one of two seminars, which are taking place throughout the day. The first will focus on the business benefits of the Avaya Communications Manager, whilst the second will demonstrate to delegates how their INDeX can be integrated into an IP environment. Particular emphasis will be placed on the benefits, enhancements and future development of both systems.

The event will also see the unveiling of C-ReMote TM , the latest remote CRM application from Central Telecom, powered by Flying Spark.

This wireless e-mail and PIM provides mobile workers with all the tools that they can get in the office - automatic real time delivery of e-mails and calendar appointments on their Windows mobile-based Pocket PCs and Smartphones, the ability to open and work on attachments and the familiar Microsoft Outlook interface - without compromising security.

Due to the increasing demand for information about the latest Predictive Dialler System (PDS), a special focus group will be staged specifically for dialler managers and analysts, telemarketing and collections managers and supervisors.

This round-table discussion will provide an opportunity to discuss techniques for optimising outbound dialling productivity and will include topics and presentations covering current and future solutions, maximising productivity and management and key sources of information.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to meet experts from both Avaya and Central Telecom's other business partners on a one-to-one basis to discuss their individual requirements.
