This activity addresses the following:

- Group these according to the relevant business processes
- Identify contact journeys and walk through
- Identify the current understanding of these processes
- Measurement and reporting procedures
- Examine current 'pain points' and 'tomorrow's desirables'
- Obtain Management vision of any new world (brand new or revised)
- Are current processes suitable or should new ones be introduced
- Sanity check any new or revised processes with points 1 and 3
- Cross reference these with points 5 and 6
