Central Standard CBT Package

Central's Standard CBT solution includes a variable selection of components and handsets from our product portfolio database; these can then be made available to all of your employees by a dedicated Web address using a unique company login ID. The standard solution resides on a resilient hardware platform with 24 x 7 monitoring, an update service and a comprehensive 4 hour response support package. Data is highly available thanks to our use of RAID technologies and is backed up daily to ensure successful recovery in the event of a disaster.

Central's Bespoke CBT Package

Central's Bespoke CBT utilises the core components of the Central Standard CBT, but is fully customisable to include:

  • Bespoke products & enhancements
  • Company policies & Telephony Etiquette
  • Links and other information an organisation may deem suitable

Central's Bespoke CBT solution is custom designed by working with your company through a simple discovery and development process; modular elements such as train the trainer are simply added to the package as required. Our Bespoke CBT platform will also provide added peace of mind with our Managed Service options. This service includes a choice of a dedicated server & flexible security options with live updates and security patches.
