MITEL SX2000 COMMUNICATIONS PLATFORM

On 1st January 2007 Mitel discontinued the Mitel SX2000 and therefore there will be no further upgrade release or new SX2000 products. In order to develop your communication strategy and retain your existing SX2000 investment, Central and Mitel are pleased to offer a phased migration approach to the Mitel 3300 Integrated Communication Platform (ICP).

The Mitel IP migration path allows organisations to leverage the power of Mitel 3300 ICP without discarding their existing infrastructure. Organisations can enable IP networking, phones, conference units, and applications across their corporate headquarters, remote offices, and employee home offices through their existing network. Moving to an IP solution with Mitel lets you migrate to IP at your own pace, so you can protect your present, as well as your future investment and take advantage of many outstanding business benefits that IP technology has to offer. Benefits include significant cost savings and improved productivity through some very impressive applications such as:

  • Teleworker solution that provide users with transparent, full feature 24/7 ubiquitous access to the enterprise from any broadband connection
  • Audio and video conferencing and collaboration solutions that improve and simplify team communications while reducing communications and travel costs.
  • The industry’s most complete range of IP business phones.
  • Cost-effective wireless solutions with full feature transparency between the wired and wireless worlds.
  • Messaging server: a next generation messaging system that allows management of messages from the interface of choice i.e phone, e-mail, or web – from the office, home or the road.
  • Multimedia contact centre applications that dramatically improve your customer service capabilities, agent performance and network cost efficiencies.
  • Immediate ROI: by converging your voice and data into one network, you can experience immediate savings by eliminating fixed voice connections on a wide area network – and say good-bye to long-distance charges.
